A Chaperone’s Perspective

As both a chaperone and the proud mother of a TriPoint / Carolina beauty queen, I have gained a unique perspective on how these experiences help shape confidence, discipline, and character at a young age.
Watching my 6-year-old daughter, Carter-Imani, grow through this journey has shown me that pageantry is about much more than appearance. It is about encouragement, responsibility, and learning to shine with kindness and self-belief. Being by her side has deepened my appreciation for the positive impact a supportive environment can have on a child’s growth.
